If a client wishes to return a purchased item, the refund will be determined based on the selling price at the time of the return. Collection of Your Goods from our offices is an option for UAE Residents paying by Bank Transfer. Collection of Orders from our offices is compulsory for UAE Residents and non-UAE Residents wishing to pay by cash.
